Finished with a very sticky gloss, the neck needed to be sanded for a nice worn in feeling, then the headstock was refinished

Sanding down the cracks in the finish and using a touchup pen with lacquer paint to fill in the holes in the black finish

The bridge needed to be replaced, no way around it. Once installed, it was clear this was a good idea

Puretone's dual contact jack is a nice upgrade for any guitar and bass

The body wouldn't fit the upgraded electronics and needed to be rerouted to accommodate the bigger capacitors and potentiometers

It only took one Epiphone to ignite my love for guitars, and I was hooked from day one. After accumating more guitars and basses than I could play, I realized that managment and proper instrument maintenence was cruicial to protecting my investment. I learned how to straighten my Fender necks, use wood filler, and soldered my brains out once I realized how important pickups were to the whole process. Having seen how much of a hinderance a discounted student instrument can be, I knew I had to share my knowledge and make sure the guitars I care for are ready to play better than ever. I want my customers to feel like they are playing a Gibson no matter what the headstock says. $40 Basic Setup
Includes strings, cleaning, truss rod adjustment, neck relief modifications, custom action with your choice of tuning, and expert intonation.
